The APERA Learning Hub runs a Knowledge Sharing Series: practical, interactive virtual sessions on Microsoft Teams, 7–8 PM, open to all APERA members.

- Week 2 (3 June): WhatsApp Business, beyond just chats: labels, order tracking, communities and reports.
- Week 4 (16 June): the AI tool changing how businesses write, plan, market and serve customers.
- Week 5 (23 June): TeamViewer for rental businesses: remote access, support and collaboration.
