From 14 to 16 September 2026, APERA held its first Conference & Gala Night, themed Structure. Standards. Scale. Building Sustainable Event Rental Businesses.

Three days, one purpose

• Monday 14 September, CSR Outreach: four APERA teams presented industrial waste-management bins to Wuse, Maitama, Garki and Kubwa General Hospitals.
• Tuesday 15 September, Press Conference at Space & Function Event Center, Wuse: the President’s press statement introduced APERA, its vision for Structure, Standards and Scale, and the challenges and opportunities of the rental industry to the media.
• Wednesday 16 September, AGM, Conference and Gala Night: speaker sessions built around five keys (Structure, Standards, Scale, Collaborate, Transform), a drama skit, and a Gala Night to celebrate.
